Q: How do I enter the contest?

For each qualifying* purchase, scan the QR code on your receipt and follow the prompts to see if you are an instant winner. LDExtras members will also be entered into a grand prize draw for a trip voucher valued at $10,000 until October 31, 2026.

Q: Can I enter more than once?
  • Yes! Every qualifying* $10+ in-store purchase from September 14 to October 31, 2026 gets you a chance to win.
  • One qualifying* purchase per day per customer.
Q: Do I have to be an LDExtras member to win?
  • No. Anyone who makes a qualifying* purchase can win an instant prize; however, you have to be an LDExtras member to collect an instant LDExtras points prize.
  • Only LDExtras members are eligible for the grand prize.
Q: Do I have to enter while I am in the store?
No! Just keep your receipt and scan the QR code, or go to win.londondrugs.com and enter your receipt information any time during the contest (September 14 – October 31).
Q: What if I lose my receipt?

Please use your receipt to enter the contest each time you check out. Every qualifying* purchase will have a new QR code on the receipt for you to enter between September 14 – October 31, 2026. If you wish to enter without a receipt, please reference the no purchase necessary mechanism in the contest terms and conditions.

Q: What if I don't complete my entry?
Keep your receipt. You can re-scan your QR code or go to win.londondrugs.com and continue your contest entry.
Q: What could I win?

Everyone who plays has a chance to win a $10 London Drugs gift card, $25 Petro-Canada gift card, $300 beauty prize, $300 Photolab prize, $500 tech prize, or 1,000–20,000 LDExtras points. LDExtras members are also eligible to win 1 of 2 $10,000 travel vouchers.

Q: What are my odds of winning?
Odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries.
Q: I won a gift card! Where do I pick it up?
Gift cards will be mailed to the address you provided when you fill in the form following the win.
Q: When will I receive my prize?
An email will be sent to the email address you provide with shipping details.
Q: My QR Code isn't working. What do I do?

Q: I don't see points in my account.

Are you an LDExtras member?

  • Yes
  • No, I am not an LDExtras member.
    • You need to be an LDExtras member to claim your points and be entered into the grand prize draw.
    • You can sign up for an account by visiting ldextras.com/sign-up-information
      • If you sign up within 24 hours of a points instant-win, your points will be added to your account within 72 hours of creating your account, and you will be entered into the grand prize draw.
      • If you sign up later than the 24-hour window, you will be eligible for all instant-win prizes and you will be entered into the grand prize draw on your subsequent qualifying* purchases.
Q: Why can't I find my QR code for my online purchase?
Online purchases are not eligible for this contest.
Q: I bought over $10 worth of merchandise, why didn't I get a QR code?
  • Offer is available in-store only.
  • Spend $10 CAD or more on eligible items before applicable taxes in a single transaction from September 14 – October 31, 2026.
  • Purchase exclusions apply. Pharmacy, Tobacco, Lottery, Transit Passes, Pre-paid Cards, 3rd party Gift Cards, Optical, Insurance, and Canada Post purchases, as well as online orders, in-store pickup, curbside pickup and home delivery, do not qualify during the contest period.

Q: How can I enter without purchase?

To enter without purchase, handwrite a 400-word letter about why you love to shop at London Drugs and how you get ready for fall. Mail your entry to:

No purchase entries must be postmarked no later than 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on October 31, 2026. Each entry must be in a separate envelope and will count as a single entry into the grand prize draw.

Entries must include an email address, phone number, and mailing address. To be eligible for instant points prizes and grand prize entries, entries must also include your LDExtras member ID. Notification of a win will be sent to the email address provided. No-purchase entries are not eligible for instant-win prizes without a member ID.
