Shop & Win Contest Terms and Conditions Official Rules

1. Eligibility: London Drugs 2026 Shop and Win Fall Contest (the "Contest") is open only to persons who at the time of Contest entry: (1) are a legal resident of one of the following Canadian provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba, and (2) have attained at least the age of majority (nineteen (19) in British Columbia, and eighteen in all other provinces) (3) have not won a London Drugs contest since Nov 1, 2025, (4) are not an employee of, or an immediate family member (e.g. spouse, parents, siblings and children) or household member of any employee of: London Drugs Limited ("Administrator"), Direct Focus ("Prize Fulfillment"), and any advertising, promotional or loyalty partners, or their parent or affiliate companies (all collectively, "Contest Administration"). The Contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Contest Administration, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize lot contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing: The Contest begins on September 14, 2026, at store opening and ends on October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Contest Period").

3. To Enter Contest:

a. Entry with Eligible Receipt – Offer available in-store only starting September 14 – October 31, 2026. Spend $10 CAD or more on eligible items before applicable taxes in a single transaction until October 31, 2026. Purchase exclusions apply. Pharmacy, Tobacco, Lottery, Transit Passes, Pre-paid Cards, 3rd party Gift Cards, Optical, Insurance, and Canada Post purchases, as well as online orders, in-store pickup, curbside pickup and home delivery, do not qualify during the Contest Period. Limited to one qualifying purchase per customer, per day, per store. For each qualifying purchase, scan the QR code on your receipt and follow the prompts to see if you are an instant winner. LDExtras members will also be entered into a grand prize draw for one of two travel vouchers valued at $10,000 each until October 31, 2026, with a travel agency as appointed by London Drugs. Even if a transaction receipt date is within the eligible contest period, receipt data must be entered into the contest by October 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm PDT to be eligible for entry into the contest. If eligible purchases are returned, the associated grand prize entry is forfeited.

b. No purchase necessary. Entrant can hand write a 400-word letter about why they love to shop at London Drugs, and how they get ready for fall. Mail the entry ATTN Marketing – Shop and Win Fall Contest to London Drugs Limited, 12831 Horseshoe Place, Richmond, BC V7A 4X5. No purchase entries must be postmarked by no later than contest end date of 11:59 pm Pacific Time on October 31, 2026. Each entry needs to be in a separate envelope and will count as a single entry. Entries must include an email address, phone number, and mailing address (for prize delivery) for gift card prizes and must also include an LDExtras Member ID to be eligible for instant points prizes and grand prize entries. Entrant information will be used to create a simulated purchase entry code and will be entered into the draw. Notification of win will be sent to the email address provided via the contest mechanism.

c. There is no limit to the number of entries over the Contest Period. London Drugs is not responsible for entries that become lost or misdirected. London Drugs reserves the right to disqualify any person who attempts to tamper with the Contest, to harass or interfere with any other entrant, or otherwise acts in an inappropriate, offensive, illegal or unsportsmanlike way, all as determined by London Drugs in its absolute discretion. Submissions shall be void if incomplete, not legible, or if they contain errors or do not comply strictly with all requirements in these rules. All entries become the property of London Drugs.

4. There will be a total of seven thousand, one hundred and sixty-two (7162) prizes available to be won as follows:

A. Instant Prize Winners – 7160 total winners from September 14, 2026, to October 31, 2026.

Daily instant win prizes from September 14, 2026, until October 31, 2026 – total of 7160 winners over 6 weeks. Each prize winner will win a prize consisting of a London Drugs gift card, gas card or LDExtras points. Approximate total value of daily instant win prizes $84,500. Prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and no substitutions are permitted, except that London Drugs reserves rights to substitute a prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value. Instant win prizes will be shipped to the customer. Prizes consist of 600, $25 Petro Canada gas cards; 1,000, $10 London Drugs gift cards; 20, $500 London Drugs tech gift cards; 20, $300 London Drugs beauty gift cards; 20, $300 London Drugs PhotoLab gift cards; 2,500 prizes of 1,000 LDExtras points; 1,000 prizes of 5,000 LDExtras points; 1,000 prizes of 10,000 LDExtras points; 1,000 prizes of 20,000 LDExtras points.

The odds of winning an Instant Win Prize depend on the date and time of entry.

Limit of one (1) Instant Win Prize per day per person.

If a non-LDExtras member wins an instant-win points prize, in order to claim the prize and be entered into the grand prize draw, they must complete the registration process to become an LDExtras member within 24 hours of the instant win notification. Points will be awarded to the new account within an additional 72 hours. If registration is not complete within this timeframe, LDExtras points and grand prize entry will be forfeited. New members will be eligible for all instant-win prizes within the contest parameters and will be entered into the grand prize draw for all subsequent qualifying purchases.

B. "Fall Contest" Grand Prize – 2 winners during Contest Period.

Each Grand Prize Winner will win a prize consisting of a $10,000 Travel Voucher. Prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash value, is non-transferrable and no substitutions are permitted, except that London Drugs reserves rights to substitute a prize or prize component for one of equal or greater value.

Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person.

The odds of winning a Grand Prize will depend on the number of eligible Contest entries received during the Contest Period.

Grand Prize Pickup and Booking

Confirmed winners must attend in person at a London Drugs location selected by contest winner to pick up their Travel Voucher, with valid government-issued photo identification, within 1 week of confirmation or otherwise agreed upon time frame. Vouchers not picked up within this period are forfeited.

Winners are responsible for contacting the travel agency directly to book travel. All bookings are subject to the travel agent's booking terms, applicable supplier terms and conditions, and availability. Any portion of a prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited.

Traveler Responsibilities

Winners (and any travelling companions) are solely responsible for all costs not expressly included in the Travel Booking. Winners are solely responsible for any costs that exceed the maximum value of the Travel Voucher.

Winners are solely responsible for obtaining any passports, visas, and other travel documents required for their chosen destination, and for complying with all applicable health, safety, customs, and immigration requirements.

5. Grand Prize Draw. Contest Administration will randomly select a potential Grand Prize Contest winner from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period, within three (3) weeks of the contest end date of October 31, 2026. Administrator will promptly contact the potential Contest winner by phone and/or by email to notify them of their selection. To be declared the Contest winner ("Winner"), a potential Contest winner must: (1) comply with all Official Rules; (2) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, unaided; and (3) sign and return to Contest Administration a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release ("Declaration"). The correctly completed and signed Declaration must be received by Contest Administration within five (5) business days of the date indicated on the Declaration, before the potential Contest winner will be declared the Winner. If the potential Contest winner: (1) cannot within five (5) business days be contacted by phone, or fails to respond to any email attempt to contact them within five (5) business days; (2) fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, or (3) fails to sign and return the Declaration within the specified period of time, the potential Contest winner will not be declared the Winner and will forfeit the Prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, Contest Administration will refer to alternate potential Contest winners, selected by random drawing from remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate potential Contest winners will be contacted (or contact attempts made as set out herein), and if no eligible Contest winner is identified that complies with the Contest rules after contact (or contact attempts) to 3 alternate Contest winners, the Prize will remain un-awarded. Contest Administration decisions on the administration and operation of the Contest and the selection of the potential Contest winner are at the sole discretion of Contest Administration and are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

6. Travel Supplier. The travel agency operates independently of the Sponsor. Airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers involved in fulfilling a Grand Prize are also independent third parties, and their own terms and conditions govern the travel arrangements booked. The Sponsor is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, pricing, availability, or service failures of the travel agency or any third-party supplier, or for denied boarding or entry resulting from inadequate travel documentation.

7. Release: Each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Contest Administration, and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation: property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Contest; possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the Prize; participation in any Contest-related activity; and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery, and against any liability, loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense related to or arising out of any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on copyright infringement, trademark infringement or any other intellectual property-related cause of action.

8. Publicity: Participation in the Contest and acceptance of the Prize constitutes Winner's permission for Contest Administration and its agents to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice and/or any statements made by Winner regarding the Contest or Contest Administration for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions: Contest Administration reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Contest Administration in its sole discretion. In such event, Contest Administration, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Contest Administration reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects of tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or finds to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Contest Administration reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Contest Administration's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability: In no event will the Released Parties be responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, omissions, deletions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Contest, if possible. If the Contest, or any part of it, is discontinued for any reason, Contest Administration, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Contest Administration reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS CONTEST AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO CERTAIN ENTRANTS. EACH ENTRANT SHOULD CHECK THEIR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, each entrant hereby acknowledges and agrees that: (1) except as otherwise set out herein, any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest shall be: (a) governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Province of British Columbia, Canada without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules and (b) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the courts of the Province of British Columbia, Canada; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys' fees; (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (4) entrants' remedies are limited to a claim for money damages (if any) and entrant irrevocably waives any right to seek injunctive or equitable relief.

12. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or any other social media platform which may be used to communicate this Contest. All such entities are completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Contest. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed only to the Contest Administrator.

13. Entrant's Personal Information: By entering this contest, the entrant consents to the collection of all personal information included with their entry and agrees to the use and disclosure of such information by and between London Drugs, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective agents and service providers for the purposes of administering the Contest. The Winner also agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of their name, entry, photographs, voice, and statements for London Drugs' publicity purposes without further compensation. All personal information is subject to London Drugs' Privacy Policy.
